The Mountain View Commercial Center project team is working with the communities of Claremont and Upland to create a vision for the currently undeveloped project site located on the southeast corner of Baseline Road and Monte Vista Avenue. The majority of the project site is in Claremont and a portion is in Upland.

The 54-acre site is a former quarry owned by the Holliday Rock company. The City of Claremont’s General Plan identifies this site for future mixed-use commercial and industrial/business park land use.
