The Mountain View Commercial Center team is working with the cities of Claremont and Upland to create a vision for the currently undeveloped, 54-acre site and former quarry located on the southeast corner of Baseline Road and Monte Vista Avenue.

The Specific Plan will include a vision for the project site that will facilitate a mix of uses, including hotel, business park, retail and offices, as well as community-centered open space!
